Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Once the order is placed (booked), you have 30 working days to collect your order from the date of booking. If the product doesn’t get collected after the mentioned days, the product will be sold to someone else and the amount will not be refunded.
All returns must be postmarked within three (7) days of the delivered date. All returned items must be in same condition when you purchased the gadget. Returns are only available if there is an actual physical or internal damage with the camera. To return an item, please login into your account and click on “orders” then click “Return/Replace” Button and complete the process.
If you face any issues please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and we will create a shipping request from our side so you can mail it to our office.
You just have to pack the product and make it ready for the shipping. Our Courier Person will take the packed product and hand it over to us in next couple of days to the following address:

Please note, Once we receive the items at our office and once checked and verified, we will initiate a refund and it should reach you in 1-3 working days. INR500.00 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges. *Terms Applied.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (1-2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. Not Liking the camera is not considered to be accepted as a reason to return the camera.
